ORDER ISSUES (DAMAGE / MISSING ITEMS / WRONG ITEM)
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery (recommended: within 1 day).
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if damaged)
PICK-UP ONLY ITEMS
Some items are marked “Pick-up only” and are not available for shipping. After you place an order for a pick-up only item, we will contact you with pickup details. You may also contact us to arrange pickup.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
