Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

1. No returns / change-of-mind

Because many of our items are unique and/or preowned, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- changed your mind
- ordered the wrong size
- you no longer need the item
- normal variations in color/finish/patina shown in photos

 

2. Problems on arrival (we will help)

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item(s)
- photos of the shipping box and packaging (if damaged)

Recommended claim window: Contact us within 1 day of delivery.

 

3. What we can do

After we review your message, we may offer one of the following solutions (depending on the situation and item availability):
- replacement (if available)
- partial refund
- full refund
- store credit

We do not issue refunds for normal wear/imperfections on preowned items that are shown in photos or described on the product page.

 

4. Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on most items and typically ship the next business day. (See our Shipping Policy.)
If any shipping fee was paid at checkout, it is generally non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

 

5. Pick-up only items

Items marked “pick-up only” are not shipped. Please inspect your item at pickup. If there is an issue, let us know right away so we can help.

 

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
