- Some items may be preowned/vintage and can show normal signs of wear. Please read the full listing before purchasing.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order.
We may not be able to cancel an order after it has been accepted/processed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

We offer free shipping on most items, except items marked “pick-up only.”
We typically ship the next business day (business days exclude weekends/holidays).
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, peak seasons, or events outside our control.
International shipping: At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Risk of loss: Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping issues (such as delays) are outside our direct control. If there is a delivery problem, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier when possible.

 

7. Returns and refunds

All sales are final: we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue when your order arrives (wrong item, damage, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can help.

Refunds (if any) are handled according to our Refund Policy.
