Thank you for shopping with Bonsai 4 Seasons. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders.
1. Free shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on almost all of our products.
If any shipping charges apply to an item, they will be shown clearly at checkout.
2. Pick-up only items
Some items are marked “Pick-up only.” These items are not available for shipping.
After you place an order for a pick-up only item, we will contact you with pickup details (or you may contact us to arrange pickup).
3. Processing time
We typically ship the next business day.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy seasons or due to circumstances outside our control, processing times may be slightly longer.
4. Shipping & delivery time
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and your location.
Any delivery date shown at checkout is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Damaged or missing packages
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or there is a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
